When is the last time you used the posture of your body to make yourself feel better? Did you even know it was possible? Your body language is linked to the chemicals you produce in your body. Think about how you feel when you you are slouched, head down. And now think about how you feel when you hold your head high and body erect.
These postures powerfully effect the both the stress promoting and growth promoting hormones in your body.
